① Multiple Devices Communication
Connect Multiple robots through the bottom Magnetic Pogo Pin to test
Multiple-device functions (see Appendix 2 for specific terms).
② Single Device Communication
Connect the computer correctly according to the User Manual, ensuring that
the update tool can recognize the device and start firmware updates
normally (see Appendix 3 for firmware updates).

Common Problems and Troubleshooting

3.1. Power Supply and Battery
This section provides troubleshooting methods for power connection and
robot charging issues.
Battery
Situation 1
Connected to the power supply, the robot screen displays a charging
icon or a 100% battery icon. It can be turned on normally while
charging, but by unplugging the charging cable, the robot
immediately turns off.
It could be a result of a damaged battery or faulty connections in the
battery circuit.
