Situation 1
○
When turned on, the robot's head/arms/body are misaligned or
immobile, such as the head tilting to the right, arms positioned
incorrectly, back not facing the charging port, or unable to swing the
arms.
Situation 2
○
When turned on, the head/arms/body move intermittently or make
unusual sounds, such as jumping, stuttering, or creaking.
Situation 3
○
When selecting any function, moving the robot's arms does not
trigger any response, such as being unable to adjust the volume or
engage in interactive gameplay.
•
In the above situations, the servo motor may be damaged.
*Please contact customer service to request repair or replacement.
Sensors
•
Situation 1
○
The robot fell accidentally and remains in a fear of heights state even
when not lifted.
•
It might be due to a damaged infrared sensor. Navigate to
the second page of "Settings" and slide down the left arm until an
"x" appears. Touch the head to confirm and disable the
Acrophobia feature. If unable to access the "Settings", try fixing it
by updating the firmware. After the update, try turning off the
Acrophobia feature. If a normal update fails, consider resetting
the procedure of the robot.
Situation 2
○
When placed on a black desktop, the robot remains in a fear of
heights state even when not lifted.
•
The infrared sensor might be incorrectly recognizing the
black tabletop. Try placing the robot on a surface of a different
color.
