antivirus, requiring you to add it to the trusted applications and reinstall
it.
3.6. Device Connection Issues
This section provides guidance on checking network settings and drivers.
Situation 1

Connect Eilik to the computer, but the screen does not display a
"charging icon".

It is possible that the computer is unable to detect Eilik. Please
perform General Testing (see Appendix 2), and if the issue persists,
try Force reboot and Reset Procedure as troubleshooting steps.
Situation 2
•
Connect Eilik to the computer, and the computer pops up an error
message "USB device not recognized".
Please perform Comprehensive Testing. If the issue persists, it

may be a problem with the bottom connector.
