② Update Tool Interface Error Prompt

Situation 1
The update tool displays "SD Error" and a pop-up window "SD Card
Issue" appears.
It could be an SD card anomaly. Please conduct SD Card Testing.

Situation 2
•
The update tool displays "No robot connected" or pops up "No Device
Connected", and the Eilik screen displays "no connection".

It may be that the computer does not connect to Eilik. Please
conduct General Testing. If the problem persists, please use another
computer.
