3.7. Update Issues
This section provides troubleshooting methods for updates and upgrades,
as well as guidance for handling operating system errors, conflicts, and
crashes.
SD Card Issues

• File is missing.
S1: In a fully charged state, the screen suddenly turns off with a
￮
black screen, such as when switching functions, when using a certain
function, when working randomly, or when touching the head.
S2: When working, it suddenly freezes. Actions and screen content
￮
freeze. There is no sound, and the robot cannot be turned off.
S3: When using a certain function, the screen switches to different
￮
interfaces, and the screen content overlaps. After restarting and
entering the function, the overlapping screens appear again.
It is possible that there was a write error during the download

process. Please perform SD Card Testing to determine if the issue
lies with the SD card. If the issue persists and you encounter "error
code 1," it is likely not related to the SD card.
• SD card is 32K.
After the update is completed, the screen turns black and cannot be

turned on.
It may be that the SD card is 32K. After the first update, the format
▪
may be incorrect. Try using the update tool to automatically reset the
card and re-update the robot again.
