Except for the above situations, if the update tool displays the update
progress to a certain% and stops.
The problem might be caused by software lag, a loose connection

between the USB-C cable and the computer, network card issues, or an
inadequate USB power supply. Please conduct General Testing and
Network Testing. If the issue persists, proceed with SD Card Testing.
If the device gets stuck and cannot be powered off, try updating the
firmware after the battery drains completely.
Situation 9

The update tool displays "DONE" and "X", stating the message "failed to
open the serial port".

It may be due to failing to connect to the COM port. Please conduct
General Testing.

Situation 10
The update tool displays "DONE" and "X", stating the message "APP
jump error, please try again".
