Clamp-On Ultrasonic Flow Meter Sensor
Installation
Step 1 : Apply Coupling Gel
Evenly apply coupling gel to the transducers of both
clamps. Ensure the gel covers the entire surface for optimal
signal transmission.
Step 2 : Clamp the Transducers
Secure the transducers onto the designated positions
on the pipe. Align them correctly according to the flow
direction.
Step 3 : Tighten the Bolts
Fasten the screws on the clamps to ensure the transducers
are firmly attached to the pipe. Avoid over-tightening to
prevent damage.
Step 4 : Check the Indication Light
Power on the flow meter and verify that the indication light
turns on. The light confirms proper alignment and full-pipe
flow conditions.
