- Page 5 STEP 3a: The extension spindles are not used. X ≤ 3 mm Remove the plug from the thermostatic mixer insert using a 17 mm wrench. Remove the insert using a 27 mm wrench. Remove the check valve covers from the thermostatic mixer housing. ÉTAPE 3a : Les tiges d’extension ne sont pas utilisées.
- Page 6 STEP 3B: Install the extension spindles. X ≥ 0 mm 2 mm Cut the extension spindles so that they extend ⅛" (2 mm) outside the surface of the finished wall. Remove the plug from the thermostatic mixer insert using a 17 mm wrench. Remove the insert using 27 mm wrench.
- Page 7 Lightly lubricate the o-rings on the thermostatic cartridge. Install the thermostatic cartridge. Lubrifiez légèrement les joints toriques sur la cartouche thermostatique.
