PART LIST CODE IMAGE PARTS CODE IMAGE PARTS LEFT ARM LONG BOLTS WASHERS RIGHT ARM BACK HEX KEY SEAT CUSHION SEAT PANEL SHORT BOLTS BACK CUSHION STEP 1: Attach right arm (A) to chair back (C) with 2 short bolts (E) and 2 washers (G) using hex key (H). - Page 3 STEP 2: Attach seat panel (D) to chair back (C) with 2 long bolts (F) and 2 washers (G) using hex key (H). Do not fully tighten bolts. STEP 3: Attach seat panel (D) to right arm (A) with 2 short bolts (E) and 2 washers (G) using hex key (H).
- Page 4 STEP 4: Attach left arm (B) to chair back (C) with 2 short bolts (E) and 2 washers (G) using hex key (H). Do not fully tighten bolts. STEP 5: Attach seat panel (D) to left arm (B) with 2 short bolts (E) and 2 washers (G) using hex key (H).
- Page 5 STEP 6: Turn over the assembled chair, and put the seat cushion (I) and back cushion (J) on the chair.
