はじめに
、 クリップ形リードの損傷を防ぎ安全にご使用
L2101 L2107
いただくために、この手順書を熟読し、内容を十分に理解し
てからバネを交換してください。
警 告
感電事故を避けるため、クリップ形リードを被測定
物と測定器から取り外してから、バネを交換してく
ださい。
バネを交換した後は、リード線の被覆が破れたり、金
属が露出したりしていないか、またクリップのバネ
収納部に隙間がないかを使用する前に確認してくだ
さい。損傷がある場合は感電事故になります。
注 意
指定以外のバネおよびネジは使用しないでください。
クリップ形リードを破損する恐れがあります。
バネ固定部のネジは のトルクで締めてくだ
さい。指定のトルクでない場合には、クリップ形リー
ドを破損します。
バネは 5 回まで交換できます （赤黒それぞれ） 。
5 回を超えるとネジ穴が劣化し、ネジが外れやすくなります。

交換手順
用意するもの：プラスドライバ 1 、ピンセット
クリップ形リードを被測定物と測定器から取り外す

ピンセットなどを使ってクリップ側

面のシールをはがす

クリップ側面のネジを取り外す

クリップ側面のカバーを取り外す

バネが飛ばないように押さえながら、

クリップのプローブ金具を取り外す

バネを交換する

クリップのプローブ金具を元に戻す

（バネを押し曲げながら入れるため、少し力が必要です）
バネの位置
クリップ側面のカバーを元に戻す （溝がかみ合うように、

奥まで入れてください。この作業が最も重要です）

0.45 Nm のトルクでクリップ側面の

ネジを締める
クリップ側面に交換用のシールを貼る

クリップを開閉して、スムーズに動くことを確認する

Introduction
To assure your ability to use the L2101/L2107 Clip-type Leads
safely and without damaging them read these instructions
carefully and ensure that you understand them fully before
replacing the clip springs.
To avoid electric shock disconnect the clip-type
lead from the measurement target and measuring
instrument before replacing the spring.
After replacing the spring verify that there is no
damage to the lead wire insulation no exposed
metal on the lead and no gap in the clip's spring
housing before using the lead. Any damage may
result in electric shock.

Only use the designated spring and screw. Use of
other springs may cause damage to the clip-type lead.
Tighten the screw that holds the spring in place to
0.45 Nm of torque. Use of any other torque value may
result in damage to the clip-type lead.

Replacement procedure
Required items: Phillips screwdriver 1 Tweezers
1 Disconnect the clip-type lead from the measurement
target and the measuring instrument.
2 Remove the seal on the side of
the clip using a pair of tweezers or
EN other tool.
3 Remove the screw on the side of
the clip.
Remove the cover on the side of

the clip.
1502EN 5 Hold the top of the spring in place
while removing the clip's probe
hardware.
6 Replace the spring.
Reattach the clip's probe hardware. (Some force will be

necessary as you must bend the spring while inserting
it.)
WARNING
8 Reattach the cover on the side of the clip. (Push it all
extremely important.)
CAUTION
Tighten the screw on the side of

the clip to a torque value of 0.45
Nm.

11 Open and close the clip and verify that it operates
smoothly.
