Page 14 PREPARATORY WORK FOR A RETROFIT Some disassembly may be necessary before Easy Set / Pro Set installation can begin. Lower the saw head to its bottom position. Undo the chain tensioner screw and move the tensioner away from the chain to reduce chain tension.

Page 18 Fit the key on the gearbox shaft, then slide the sprocket onto the shaft. Adjust sprocket position to align with the drivetrain’s top sprocket. WARNING! If the chain is not properly aligned, it may jump off the sprockets. The saw head will then fall with full force and may cause injury or material damage.

Page 21 Fit the cable holder. The mounting differs depending on the sawmill model. Look at the top of the saw head to see if it has lifting eyes or not. If there are lifting eyes, spacer plates need to be used. Use the plates and screw holes that fit your model.
