Overview What it is. Based on the legendary King of Tone overdrive and made with Analog Man himself, Brothers AM Brothers AM is three circuits in series: is a triple stack of saturation that always manages Two identical, multi-mode gain channels to sound just right.
Setup Here’s some info to help you get Brothers AM settled into its new home. POWER Brothers AM requires a 9V DC, center negative power supply with at least 200 mA of current. Voltage higher than 9V risks damaging your pedal.
Getting Started You can think of Brothers AM as two gain pedals in series. The first channel comes before the second and flows into it. This means you can use the first channel to push the second. Let’s do that.

VOL 1 TONE 1 setting - once Channel 2 is turned off it will jump to that volume. Brothers AM gives you the option of turning VOL 2 into a master volume instead to help prevent volume spikes (pg. 29).

Controls - Modes MODE Sets the style of circuit for each channel. BOOST - A clean boost capable of low-gain overdrive. It has a clear sound and the loudest overall volume. Useful for characterful cleans, stacking with other boosts, or pushing an amplifier/overdrive. OD/OVERDRIVE - The classic King of Tone sound - a soft-clipping overdrive with a natural, open character that preserves the tonality of your setup.

Controls - Everything Else PRESETS The left and right positions each store a preset, while the middle position is live (current settings). See pg. 16 for more on presets, including how to save. CHANNEL BYPASS Tap to turn each of the channels on / off. Hold down to adjust PRESENCE (see below).

Treble Booster Settings FULL STACK The following are a few ideas for getting started CHANNEL 2 CHANNEL 1 with the treble booster. It’s happiest when connected directly to a guitar (no buffers). This trimmer lets you introduce some input impedance so that the circuit behaves much better after a buffer.
