User extension/log on – log off
Log on:
Enter

„Benutzername" field
Your extension consists of your location ID and your extension.
E.g. Hamburg is your location and 123 is your extension →
13000123
Navigate to the "Kennwort" field and enter your
password, confirm with the „Eingabe" key
Your password consists of four digits. Your need to add zeros if your
extension is not four digits long. E.g. your extension is 12, your
password is 0012. E.g. your extension is 123, your password is
0123. Your extension is 1234, your password is 1234.

Answering a call
Push the answering key or
(Headset) or
(Speaker) key
Making a call by using location ID and
extension
Enter the location ID and the extension, e.g.
13000123 and press the call key, your call will be
initiated. Your speaker will be used if your call will be
answered if you don't use the handset.
You can also push the
headset key to use your
headset instead the speaker or handset. (headset
needs to be connected. Note! not all headsets
support this function.)
Making a call by using the line keys (contact is
allocated to line key)
Push the line key, the call will be initiated
