How to change wireless SSID and Password of DWR-M972V
through GUI and Mobile Connect App

Connect your DWR-M972V using either Wi-Fi or an Ethernet cable (from devices such as
smartphones, laptops, or computers).
D-LINK2G-XXXX or D-LINK5G-XXXX, with the password provided on the device label.
Access the router's web interface by entering its IP address into a web browser on the address bar

https://192.168.0.1 then press enter.
You will be prompted to enter the username and password to access the router's settings. Enter

"admin" for the username and password (refer to the label sticker at the back of the router) unless
you have changed them previously.
Note: If you cannot log in using the default admin password, you will need to hard reset
the router to factory defaults.

To modify your wireless network's name and password, navigate to the "My Wi-Fi" section.
Under Basic setting, you can adjust the wireless settings for both 2.4 and 5 GHz bands,
and then click "Save" to confirm the changes.
