HT38 5 INSTRUMENT FUNCTIONS Instrument HT38 consists of a Transmitter and a Receiver unit. The transmitter produces a signal which propagates through the circuit to be measured. The receiver detects the presence of this signal when correctly oriented, thus searching for the electric component to be detected.

HT38 6 OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS 6.1 LOCALIZATION OF PROTECTION DEVICES WITHIN A CONTROL PANEL 1. Switch on the received by pressing the /Reset button and check that the red LED (see Fig. 1 – part 2) is on and that the unit sounds intermittently ( ) at regular intervals.

HT38 5 FUNCIONALIDAD DEL INSTRUMENTO El instrumento HT38 está compuesto por una unidad Transmisor y por una unidad Receptor. El transmisor produce un señal que se propaga en el circuito en examen. El receptor detecta la presencia de tal señal cuando es orientado efectuando por tanto la búsqueda del componente eléctrico objeto de la medida.

HT38 6 INSTRUCCIONES OPERATIVAS 6.1 LOCALIZACIÓN DISPOSITIVO DE PROTECCIÓN DE UN CUADRO ELÉCTRICO 1. Encienda el receptor pulsando la tecla /Reset y verifique que el LED rojo (ver Fig. 1 – parte 2) esté encendido y que la unidad emita un sonido intermitente ( ) a intervalos regulares.

7 ENTRETIEN ATTENTION • Seuls des techniciens qualifiés peuvent effectuer les opérations d'entretien.
