    Introduction The OneControl Monitor Panel (the Panel) works in conjunction with a OneControl multi-function control board (Controller). Users operate RV devices using the Panel or with a mobile smart device connected to the Controller via Bluetooth with the OneControl App.

    Overview Panels provide access to devices and systems detected on the RV’s OneControl System. Panels are typically located near an entryway, occasionally inside a cabinet (Fig. 1). Below the Panel is a sticker with information about the RV’s OneControl System and a QR code to streamline App pairing (Fig. 1A). Fig.

    Controller Installation Install controller in watertight location. Connect 12V power and ground to the board (Fig 2). Note: Use a 30A circuit at the power converter or connect on the converter side of the battery disconnect with a 30A mini breaker in line prior to the X180T controller. Make sure to follow RVIA guidelines for wire gauge and fusing.

    Monitor Panel Installation Determine mounting location for the Monitor Panel. A round penetration 1 1/2" in diameter (Fig. 4) will be required for wiring connections. Using a hole saw, cut a penetration measuring 1 1/2" in diameter (Fig. 4) Route CAN bus and power harnesses through the penetration. Fig.

    Monitor Panel Configuration Plug the CAN bus data harness (Fig. 4A) from the X180T controller into either CAN bus data port (Fig. 4B) on the back of the panel. Plug in a terminating resistor (Fig. 4C) to the other CAN bus data port (Fig. 4B). Note: If multiple controllers are used in the system, another CAN bus data harness (Fig.

    Regular Use The Panel will normally be in Sleep Mode, with no LEDs illuminated. • When motion is detected within approximately 10 feet (3 meters) of the IR sensor, the Panel will illuminate and show activity (Fig. 5). • When motion is not detected for approximately 15 seconds, the panel will go back into Sleep Mode. Note: There is no dedicated power switch for the Panel.

    Upper Level: Resources and Storage The Upper Level provides at-a-glance status of vital resources such as water and power. Fresh Tanks When tank is full, all level indicator LEDs will display in GREEN. As tanks are depleted, individual LEDs will turn off. When water level gets to 1/3, the remaining LED level indicators will turn RED to alert user that fresh water supply is low.

    Middle Level: Latching Devices Latching button behavior All latching devices include an ON and OFF state. If button illumination is WHITE, the device is available and OFF. If button illumination is BLUE, the device is available and ON. In some cases, the button will illuminate RED. This indicates a fault. Fault states are described later in this manual.

    Water Heater - ELECTRIC Use this feature to heat water with electric or battery power. Water Tank Heaters Use these devices to prevent water tanks and lines from damage in cold environments. Generator Use this feature to provide power in the event battery voltage is low or shore power is unavailable. Use the App for advanced features and settings.

    Wind Sensors Awnings may be equipped with OneControl Wind Sensors. They provide two features: Awning Control: Convenient one-touch extension and retraction. Wind Protection: Automatic retraction during severe weather events. Awnings equipped with Wind Sensors feature small dots in the button (Fig. 8A) Fig.

    Enabling Wind Protection At the factory, a Wind Sensor’s Wind Protection function is set to OFF. To turn it ON, open the App and scroll down to the Awnings section. Open the Awning’s home page. Before enabling Wind Protection, provide adequate clearance for awning travel. Do not hang anything from the awning arms, such as lights or signs.

    Troubleshooting Smart Device Won't Connect Check that Bluetooth on the smart device is turned on. Ensure permission to access Bluetooth by the OneControl app has been granted. Note: Permissions are asked for and granted during initial app set up and connection to system. Be sure to grant all permissions asked.
