Fault
Automatic ignition is
not working.

12 Service
DO NOT MODIFY THIS APPLIANCE. Only authorized
personnel from the Service Centre are qualified to work
on the appliance.
Any of the following are considered to be abnormal
operation and may require servicing:
¡ Yellow tipping of the cooktop burner flame.

If you contact Customer Service, you will require the
product number (E-Nr.) and the production number

Cause and troubleshooting
Food remnants or dirt are located between the ignition plug and the burner.
Clean the space between the ignition plugs and burners.

Carefully dry the burner parts.

The burner parts are positioned incorrectly.
Correctly position the burner parts.

The appliance is not earthed or has not been connected correctly, or the earth cable is
damaged.
