E Troubleshootin
No power comes ON.

POSSIBLE CAUSE
e The battery is exhausted.
e Bad connection to the battery pack.
e Recharge the battery pack.
e Set [SQL] to the threshold point.
e Disconnect the external speaker or earphone.
e Set [VOL] to a suitable level.
e [SQL] is turned too far CW.
e External speaker or earphone is in use.
e [VOL] is turned completely CCW.
No
sound
comes
from
the
speaker.
e Change channels.
e Replace or charge the batteries.
e Push [HI/LOW] to select high output power.
e While pushing [HI/LOW}, push [LIGHT/LOCK].
e Push [16] to return to normal operation.
| ٥ Push [DW(SCAN)] to cancel dual/tri-watch.
e Channels 15 and 17 are for low power only.
e The battery is exhausted.
e The output power is set to low.
Transmitting is impossible, or
high power
