Removing the Chassis Covers Important: Except for short periods of time, do not operate the server without the cover in place.

To avoid damaging your motherboard, it is important to handle it very carefully. The following measures are generally sufficient to protect your equipment from ESD.

Go to the Supermicro web page for your motherboard and click on "Download the Latest Drivers and Utilities," select the proper driver, and copy it to a USB flash drive.

    SuperServer SYS-E50-14AM/-L/-N5: Software 5.2 Driver Installation The Supermicro website contains drivers and utilities for your system at the following page: https://www.supermicro.com/wdl. Some of these drivers and utilities must be installed, such as the chipset driver. After accessing the website, go into the CDR_Images (in the parent directory of the above link) and locate the ISO file for your motherboard.
