  • Page 10 Remove Bin, Drain Pan and Contents from the transport packaging Peel PVC film from the front panel, shovel door & drain pan (Shown in red). Save all packaging until machine is installed and running properly. Position dispenser into desired location care- fully to not damage legs or any functioning parts on the front, back, side or under the bin.
  • Page 11 Remove the chain guard using a Phillips head screw driver. The guard is attached in 4 loca- tions shown the figure . Connect 1” tubing to the copper drain pipe shown above. Connect 1” tubing to the drain nipple on the back of the drain pan.
  • Page 12 Make sure all chains, tensioners, sprockets, drive shafts, agitators and auger are properly attached. Attach chain cover. Plug dispensers in to a 115v plug running on a dedicated 20-amp circuit. An ice machine and dispenser plugged in on the same circuit will trip the breaker.

  • Page 18 Shovel Door Replacement Instructions Tools & Parts needed: Vice grips Pliers Riveter/rivet gun Bushings (2) Replacement door Rivets (2) Dry fit door to determine fit, there is usually a slight gap between door and hinges. Using pliers gently bend tabs (top and bottom) on unit to shorten the distance, careful to not over bend which may cause the hinge to break (Figure 1)
