About Your New Label Maker (Model: LT200B)

The DYMO LetraTag label maker uses DYMO LT 12 mm label cassettes. LT label cassettes are available in a variety of colors and materials.

Registering Your Label Maker
Visit www.dymo.com/register to register your label maker online. During the registration process, you will need the serial number, which is located on the bottom of the label maker.
When you register your label printer, in order to provide services to you, you shall provide us with at least the account name, password and email address you intend to use. Meanwhile, in order to use DYMO products and services, you must carefully read the privacy policy set forth on the website and fully understand the content thereof. Your successful registration, download, installation, use, access to services, login and other activities shall be deemed that you have read and agreed to such privacy policy, including the consent to our collection, use and storage of your relevant information in accordance with such privacy policy. If you are under the age of 18, please read the privacy policy with your statutory guardian. In addition, the registration is voluntary and refusal to register will not affect your normal use of DYMO products.

Inserting the Batteries

The label maker uses 4 highcapacity AA alkaline batteries to provide optimal print quality.

To insert the batteries

  1. Lift to open the cover.
  2. Insert the batteries following the polarity markings (+ and –).
  3. Close the cover.

Safety Precautions

  • Do not mix old and new batteries.
  • Do not mix alkaline, standard (carbon-zinc), or rechargeable (ni-cad, ni-mh, etc.) batteries.
  • Remove the batteries if the printer will not be used for a long period of time.

Inserting the Label Cassette

Your label maker uses DYMO LT label cassettes.
To insert the label cassette

  1. Lift to open the cover.
  2. Insert the cassette with the label positioned as shown.
  3. Press firmly until cassette clicks into place.
  4. Close the cover.

Printing Labels

You print labels from a mobile device using the DYMO LetraTag Connect app available on the Apple® App store or the Google Play™ store.
To print labels

  1. From your mobile device's app store, search for DYMO LetraTag Connect or use the QR code at the right to install the LetraTag Connect app.
    Download LetraTag Connect
  2. On your mobile device, turn on the Bluetooth and Location Services settings and make sure you are within range (approximately 10 meters).
    NOTE: Location services is required for Bluetooth to operate properly. DYMO does not track or store your location.
  3. Press to turn on the label maker.
  4. Open the LetraTag Connect app and select a template or tap + to design your label.
  5. Tap to print the label.
  6. Press the cutter button on the label maker to cut the label.
  7. Remove the paper backing from the label and apply! Refer to the Troubleshooting section of the LetraTag 200B User Guide if you have problems printing.
