Remove cover 2 so that the
high-beam headlight bulb can
be replaced.

Disconnect plug 3.
Remove bulb 4 from the sock-
et.
Replace the defective bulb.
Do not touch the glass of
new bulbs with your fingers.
Use a clean, dry cloth to hold
the bulbs when handling them.
Dirt deposits, in particular oil and
grease, interfere with heat radi-
ation from the bulb. This leads
to overheating and shortens the
bulb's operating life.
Bulbs for the low-beam
headlight
H7 / 12 V / 55 W
Bulb for high-beam
headlight
H7 / 12 V / 55 W
Push bulb 4 into the socket,
making sure that tab 5 is cor-
rectly positioned.
Connect plug 3.
Install the cover.
Replacing parking-light
bulb, left
Make sure the ground is level
and firm and place the motor-
cycle on its stand.
Switch off the ignition.
