  • Page 2 ® FOOTREST DISASSEMBLY Foam, fabric and loop Pry off base ring with flat bladed screwdriver and discard. shown removed Remove (5) screws with T30 TORX drive. Cut fabric away from polyurethane foam/shell assembly and discard all parts. Pry off staples and fabric loop. Discard loop and polypropylene parts as shown.
  • Page 3 ® T30 TORX SCREEN DISASSEMBLY Pry top caps off and discard. Remove all screws from the screen bases (T30 TORX + 12" BIT HOLDER). Loosen middle brackets (3mm HEX) if needed. Lift the screens from the base. Set aside. Remove the (2) screws (T30 TORX) from the middle brackets and discard.
  • Page 4 ® T30 TORX SCREEN DISASSEMBLY (continued) T30 TORX Remove all attaching screws (T30 TORX) from the mounting plates and discard. If screen(s) are fabric-covered, refer to Page 5. Remove screws (T20 TORX) from the bottom of screen uprights. Disengage the uprights from the screen hooks and discard.
  • Page 5 ® FABRIC-COVERED SCREEN DISASSEMBLY Locate zipper on the bottom of the fabric sock. Unzip the entire length. Peel fabric sock off of steel screen substrate and remove both top corner pieces. Discard fabric and corner pieces. Remove screws (T20 TORX) from the bottom of screen uprights.
  • Page 6 ® T40 TORX PERSONAL WORKSURFACE DISASSEMBLY Remove screens (not shown), if applicable. Refer to Page 3. Pry off top caps (unless already done in screen removal step). Discard. a. Remove (2) screws (T30 TORX) underneath, b. (1) screw (T40 TORX) from the side c.
  • Page 7 ® PERSONAL WORKSURFACE DISASSEMBLY (continued) T40 TORX Pry bottom cover off and discard. BOTTOM COVER Remove (6) screws (T40 TORX) and separate worksurface from mechanism. Turn worksurface over and pry out the insert. Discard worksurface and insert in the appropriate bins. WORKSURFACE Remove remaining screws and discard items into appropriate bins.
  • Page 8 ® LIGHTING DISASSEMBLY Unplug light power cord. Unplug power cord from light fixture. Lift up to remove light fixture from base and discard. Unscrew nut (8mm socket) from base and discard. Remove base from worksurface and pull power cord through the hole. Remove foam washer and discard base and washer.
  • Page 9 ® (ANGLED) LEG BASE AND EXTENSION DISASSEMBLY Remove screws (T30 TORX) from legs. T30 TORX Remove glides from legs. Discard glides. Remove threaded inserts from legs with flat bladed screwdriver (STRAIGHT) LEG and discard inserts and legs. Remove screws (T30 TORX) from L-brackets and ganging bracket if an extension unit is involved.

If unit did not have a Personal Worksurface (shown on page 6), locate and remove (3) screws T30 TORX (T30 TORX) and (2) screws (T40 TORX) to remove the brace shown.
