  • Page 10 ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS I. Align the Front/Back Upper Rails (#4/#6) to the Left/ Right Upper HB (#1/#2) and secure by using Bolt (#A) with Half round nut. #Ax 8sets II. Align the Long/Short Guardrail (#8/#9) to the Left/ #Bx 6pcs Right Upper HB(#1/#2). Use Allen wrench (#H) to secure by using Bolts (#B) as shown in the diagram.
  • Page 11 ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS I. Align the Guardrail Attachment (#10) to the Front upper siderail (#4) and Short guardrails (#8). Use Allen wrench (#H) to secure to the short guardrails (#8) by using Bolts (#B). #Bx 2pcs #Dx 2pcs #Ex 2pcs II. Secure the Guardrail Attachment (#10) to he Front upper side rail (#4).
  • Page 12 ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS Align the Guardrail Support (#11) to the Front/ Back Upper Rails (#4/#6) and Short/Long Guardrail(#8/#9). Use Allen wrench (#H) to secure using Bolts (#C) and threaded insert (#E). #Cx 6pcs #Ex 6pcs #Ax 8sets #Fx 6pcs LOCATION I. Use Screw (#F) to secure the Wood rail (#I) to WITH ARROW the Front lower rail (#5).
  • Page 13 ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS Insert Metal Dowel (#G) to the Lower HB (#3). Align and set Top Bunk onto the Lower #Gx 4pcs Bunk. Align the ladder step (#14) to the #Dx 8pcs Left/Right ladder (#12/#13). Use Allen wrench (#H) to secure using Bolts (#D).
