    2.Why can't I connect my home energy storage system via Bluetooth? Answer: (1) Check if the IOT connecting cable is firmly installed. (2) Check if the Bluetooth of APP is turned on. (3) Check whether the Bluetooth of your phone is turned on. (4) Check whether the app has gained access to your phone's location.

    3.Why can't I connect to my home energy storage system remotely? Answer: (1) Check if the IOT/PBOX/ EBOX connecting cable is firmly installed. (2) Make sure your home energy storage system is configured with WiFi. (3) Check that the password is entered correctly and meets the character requirements set by our app.
