Automatic search
Press the 4 or 6 button in order to tune to the next station with a strong signal in
the currently selected waveband.
If "LO" has been set as the search level (strong reception only) this setting is used
the first time the frequency range is searched through.
For the second search run the higher sensitivity level "DX" is used in order to be
able to find weaker stations as well.
The search level can be configured in the SETUP menu, see page 43.
Select waveband
In radio mode:
Press RADIO.
Select "Band" and confirm the selection.
Select the required waveband using the 4 or 6 button and confirm your selection.
Available wavebands:
FM 123: Memory for up to 30 manually programmable FM stations.
FM ABC: Dynamic FM station list, sorted in alphabetical order.
FM AST: Memory for up to 30 automatically stored FM stations.

MW 123: Memory for up to 10 manually programmable MW stations.
MW AST: Memory for up to 10 automatically stored MW stations.

SW 123: Memory for up to 10 manually programmable SW stations.
LW 123: Memory for up to 10 manually programmable LW stations.

Station memory

In the FM 123 waveband there are 30 station memories, in the "123" wavebands for
MW, SW and LW there are 10 station memories each (also see "Select waveband").
Storing stations
Tune to the desired station.
You can also select a station in a different waveband (e.g. FM AST or FM ABC) and
store this in the preset list.
Press OK.
The preset list appears.
Select the memory location where you want to store the station.
Press OK to confirm your selection.
Calling up stations
Tune to the desired waveband.
Select the required station from the station list using the 2 or 8 button.
Dynamic FM station list - FM ABC
With the aid of the second integrated tuner, the radio automatically and silently cre-
ates a list of all receivable FM stations and continually updates it.
In the FM ABC waveband these stations will be stored in alphabetical order in the FM
preset list.
Tune to the "FM ABC" waveband.
Select the required station from the station list using the 2 or 8 button.
