Insert a DVD into the DVD drive.

If the DVD begins playing, click the stop button.
Click the Properties (wrench) icon.

Click the Audio tab.

To enable digital audio, click Enable S/PDIF output.

To disable digital audio, click 2 speaker mode.
Click Apply.
