PRODUCT INTRODUCTION

The NexiGo S32 Head Strap with Battery is specially designed to extend the battery life of the Oculus Quest 2 headset, allowing you to play for much longer than before. Plus, it reduces pressure on your head for a more comfortable and immersive VR experience. The S32 holds the Oculus headset more stably, and the weight-balancing design helps reduce facial pressure. The built-in battery pack has multiple charging protection features to make it safer and more reliable. It's also equipped with four battery level indicators to easily see how much power your head strap has. The NexiGo S32 is a must-have for the Oculus Quest 2 gamers.

NOTES

Please ensure that the battery pack is fully charged before using it for the first time.
When charging, please use a charger that has safety certifications and supports DC 5V 2A. Otherwise, the battery may not charge correctly.
If you don't plan to use the head strap for a long period, please charge the battery to 50% (indicator level 2), store it in a dry environment at room temperature, and recharge the battery to 50% every three to six months to prevent it from degrading.
Ensure that the battery pack is not stored or used in overly hot or cold temperatures. This may adversely affect battery performance and longevity.
Avoid exposing the unit to water.
Avoid dropping, throwing, or allowing severe vibrations to the product, as this may cause damage to its internal components.
Keep out of reach of young children.
The battery pack may be slightly warm after charging. This is normal.
Do not attempt to disassemble, repair, or modify the battery pack under any circumstances. If the unit requires repairs, contact customer service to exercise your warranty.
If you find leakage, odors, or smoke coming from the device, please stop using the product immediately and contact NexiGo customer service to exercise your warranty.

INSTALLATION GUIDE

Remove the original Quest 2 straps and take the S32 out of the package.
Align and connect the left and right headset holder straps on the S32 with the Quest 2.
Ensure that you have pushed the headset holder straps firmly into place.
Remove the face shield from the Quest 2 and pass the head strap through the slot at the front of the headset.
Reattach the face shield to the headset.
Plug in the USB-C connector from the battery pack to the Quest 2 headset. The battery pack will start to charge the headset automatically.
Rotate the headrest knob to fit your head. And adjust each joint on the S32 until it feels comfortable.
After you've adjusted everything, it's time to jump into VR!

HOW TO USE THE BUILT-IN BATTERY PACK

POWER ON/OFF

The battery pack will automatically power on when it is plugged into the headset, and will automatically power off when unplugged.

LOW BATTERY ALERT

The battery indicator LED #1 will flash white when the battery is below 3%. Please charge the battery pack by connecting it to a power source (laptop, computer, wall outlet, etc.) that provides an output current at DC 5V 2A using a USB-C charging cable (sold separately).

CHARGING THE BATTERY PACK

Charge the battery pack by connecting it to a power source (laptop, computer, wall outlet, etc.) that provides an output current at DC 5V 2A using a USB-C charging cable (sold separately). The LED indicators will begin breathing to indicate the charging status. When all four LED indicators are lit, the battery pack has been fully charged.

CHARGING THE QUEST 2 HEADSET WITH THE BUILT-IN BATTERY PACK

Plug the USB-C connector from the battery pack into the Quest 2 headset. The battery pack will automatically power on when it is plugged into the headset. The battery indicators will light up while the headset is being charged.
