NOTE: We strongly advise against performing a factory reset – it should only be done on the advice of SPM Support. A factory reset resets all settings and reverts the firmware version to the one installed during factory production. If you wish to reset the settings, it is better to use the 'Clear settings' function in the SPM Connect app to avoid any complications.
NOTE: This behavior is valid from firmware version 2.1.9.9. If an already activated Airius II LTE-M sensor has been physically moved to another location, the LTE-M network conditions might have changed, and Airius might need to connect to the network via another cell phone tower or another operator.
