  • Page 14 Vitoo – Instructions for the user Roxell – 008 – 4924 Type of feed supply There are 2 ways of supplying feed to the system: • From hoppers installed on the circuit • Directly from the feed bin outside the house using feed intake boots NOTE: The type of feed supply determines the type and capacity of the transport system.
  • Page 15: Directions For Operating The System

Roxell – 008 – 4924 Vitoo – Instructions for the user Directions for operating the system First use of the system NOTE: At the beginning, the oil layer on the new auger and tubes slows down the feed transport. After some runs, the feed transport reaches its optimal operating speed.
  • Page 16 Vitoo – Instructions for the user Roxell – 008 – 4924 Pan settings Adjuster ring The adjuster ring: • adjusts the feed level in the inner pan. • controls the eating speed of the birds. • allows proportional distribution of the feed to all feeder pans.
  • Page 17 Roxell – 008 – 4924 Vitoo – Instructions for the user Option: Adjuster ring regulator – 09701806 Static pan content Reference Description Feeder pan content level 3 Feeder pan content level 14 The feed amount per feeder pan follows the eating speed of the birds. If there are more birds at one feeder pan, more feed will fall inside the feeder pan during the whole meal, as the feeder pan will be refilled faster.
  • Page 18 Vitoo – Instructions for the user Roxell – 008 – 4924 Height of the system IMPORTANT: • Adjust the circuit's height to prevent feed waste and ensure a comfortable eating position for the breeders, taking into consideration the birds' development.
  • Page 19: Control Unit

Roxell – 008 – 4924 Vitoo – Instructions for the user Control unit The tubes of the circuit are filled with feed, ensuring that all feeder pans are filled simultaneously. The control unit ensures there is feed in all feeder pans and keeps all tubes consistently full.
