Press RESET and MODE simultaneously, wait until the circle is complete then release LO will be displayed on the screen for HI (maximum power) push and hold the DHW (+) then HI will be displayed wait 45 seconds to stabilize then test the dynamic inlet pressure.

If the dynamic inlet pressure is ok then go to the gas meter and carry out a gas rate of the appliance.

To exit SERVICEMAN press the RESET and MODE button

warning Wait for the circle to complete
Replace the test point screw and test with suitable leak detection.

Checking Combustion

Ensure the boiler front cover is fully fitted and enter the SERVICEMAN feature.
Run the appliance in both HI and LO and with a suitable flue gas analyser test the products from the sample point on the flue elbow/adaptor.
Checking Combustion - Step 1

The O2 reading is the main measurement that is important in both HI and LO the optimum reading should be 5.0% O2, however with the tolerances it acceptable to achieve between 4.50% O2 and 5.50% O2.
Checking Combustion - Step 2

You should record the CO2 readings and ratio to enter in the Benchmark commissioning checklist.
To exit SERVICEMAN press the RESET and MODE button, see "Gas Pressure/Gas Rate".
