  • Page 10 3. CONSTRUCTION AND OPERATION OF DOLPHIN II 3.1. Construction components The design of the Dolphin II Commode/shower chair is made of welded powder-coated stainless steel sections and consists of the following components: 1. Bottom frame Supporting base of a chair, with two actuators for height adjustment.

  • Page 19 6.8. Angle Adjustment Seat The Dolphin II chair has a function of adjusting the angle of the seat with the backrest. Titling is quite useful, mainly during hygienic procedures. It significantly increases the patient’s and the operator’s comfort of use. In order to tilt the seat, press and hold the appropriate button on the hand control (Figure 15) until the desired tilt angle is reached.
