4. DRIVE BELT INSTALLATION

After installing the idler pulley, we can install the turntable belts.

First, install the short belt over the front motor pulley and the lower part of the double idler pulley.

Next, install the short belt over the rear motor pulley and the upper part of the idler pulley.

As the final step, install the main turntable belt over the main upper idler pulley and the main platter of the

turntable.

WARNING: Don't stretch the belts too much to avoid damage.

5. TONEARM ASSEMBLY

a) Detachable tonearm:

The tonearm is designed so that the top part sits loosely on the two pivots. Remove the top part of the

tonearm from the upper foam insert of the packaging and carefully place it onto the two pivots of the

dual-pivot tonearm construction as shown on the illustration below.
