g) Anti-skating assembly and adjustment
The anti-skating sliding mechanis is already mounted on the tonearm and secured with a locking screw. To
activate the anti-skating mechanism, follow these steps:
1) Loosen the screw holding the anti-skating wire.
2) Hook the wire onto this screw and reattach it.
3) Loosen the locking screw of the slider to tension the anti-skating wire.
4) Adjust the anti-skating force by changing the position of the additional weight on the slider shaft.
Anti-skating force should be adjusted in correspondence with the vertical tracking force as follows:
Vertical tracking force:
Lower than 13 mN or 1.3 grams
14–18 mN or 1.4–1.8 grams
19–25 mN or 1.9–2.5 grams
