The locator beeps and
displays a check mark after
a successful calibration.
If you wait longer than about 15 seconds to click the trigger, the
calibration terminates and the Above Ground Range (AGR)
screen displays.

Use the Above Ground Range (AGR) screen that displays next to check the
accuracy of your calibration.
Move the locator to at least two different distances (including maximum bore
depth) and verify distance readings match the measurement.
