Soon after purchasing the vehicle, write
b e s l i g h t
down the identification data indicated on
the SPARE PARTS IDENTIFICATION
LABEL in the table here below. The label is
on the right upper tube of the frame; to
read it, it is necessary to remove the
central fairing, see p. 47 (REMOVING THE
CENTRAL FAIRING).
These data indicate:
– YEAR = year of manufacture (Y, 1, 2, ...);
– I.M. = modification code (A, B, C, ...);
– COUNTRY CODES = homologation
country (I, UK, A, ...).
and are to be supplied to the aprilia
Official Dealer as reference data for the
purchase of spare parts or specific
acce ssories of th e mod el you have
acquired.
In this manual the various versions are
indicated by the following symbols:
