Particularly affected are persons who: have a hereditary disposition to high blood pressure or heart disease, are over the age of 45, smoke, have high cholesterol values, are overweight and/or have not exercised regularly in the past year.
  • Page 10 Set-Up Place ⚠ WARNING Do not place the equipment in main corridors or escape routes. ⚠ CAUTION Choose a location in which to place the equipment such that there is enough free space/ clearance to the front, the rear and to the sides of the equipment. The training room should be well ventilated during training and not be exposed to any draughts.

NOTICE First loosely screw all parts together and check that they fit properly. Tighten the screws using the tool only when you are instructed to do so.   • Page 18 Step 1: Assembly of the Main Frame Assemble one back column (4) to the right ground tube (2) with two screws (9), two spring washers (10) and two washers (6). Assemble the other back column (4) to the left ground tube (3) with two screws (9), two spring washers (10) and two washers (6).
  • Page 19 Step 2: Assembly of the Front Tubes and Sliding Sleeves Assemble the right front tube (11) to the right ground tube (2) with two screws (5), four washers (6) and two lock nuts (7). Assemble the left front tube (12) to the left ground tube (3) with two screws (5), four washers (6) and two lock nuts (7).
  • Page 20 Step 3: Assembly of the Upper Connection Tube and Beams Assemble the middle upper connection tube (17) to the right and left beam (15 & 18) with four screws (5), eight washers (6) and four lock nuts (7). Assemble the right and left beam (15 & 18) to the back columns (4) with two beam joints (16), -02- two screws (5), four washers (6) and two lock nuts (7).

Assemble the middle tube (21) to the middle lower connection tube (1) and middle upper connection tube (17) with two screws (5), four washers (6) and two lock nuts (7).

Route the wire (26) between the two pulley brackets, over two pulleys (29) and attach the pulleys to the pulley brackets with one bolt (30), one pulley bar (31), two washers (6) and one lock nut (7) each.
