Whenever you service or adjust your equipment, make sure you shut down the power WARNING source and follow lockout and tagout procedures to prevent inadvertent start-up and hazardous energy release.

  • Page 14 Inspect the grain filling machine and accessories on receipt to ensure that all items have arrived and that none are damaged. Report missing or damaged parts immediately to ensure that proper credit is received from AGI MILLTEC or your distributor/dealer, and to ensure that any missing parts can be shipped quickly to avoid holding up the installation.

Lifting the Machine • Use appropriate lifting equipment and make sure that they are inspected to ensure safety. • Never lift the pre-cleaner with only one support point. Fasten four M16 eyebolts on the top side of the flow balancer housing as shown in the following figures.

Make sure that the voltage is within the range as indicated on the circuit diagram. 3. Connect the main cable to the control panel as indicated on the CKT diagram. 4.

INSTALLATION GRAIN FILLING MACHINE Important During installation of communication cables, don’t run the load cell cable along the power cables to minimize the chance of losing data due to EMF exposure. 7. Ensure to ground the machine properly. 8. Install the machine on a vibration-free area to get accurate results. Ensure the platform vibration level is within 1 mm /s.

Operation Before continuing, ensure you have completely read and understood this manual’s Safety section, in addition to the safety information in the section(s) below. 6.1. Operation Safety • Keep away from rotating and moving parts, including the vibrating sieves, drive components, shafts, and bearings.
  • Page 22 6. OPERATION GRAIN FILLING MACHINE 6.3. Operating Concept The grain filling machine is equipped with computer-controlled electromechanical systems. The combination of mechanical, pneumatic and PLC system controls the machine performance. The HMI display enables the user to set the required weighing value. The controller automatically set the desired weight.

Ensure all the cylinder’s operation corresponds to its name. • You can press any button on the screen according to your requirements. 2. To operate in Auto cycle: Before starting the machine in AUTO cycle, make sure the current hopper weight is zero by pressing TARE ZERO.

Press START CALIBRATION to set the present weight reading to zero. If needed, press the button again until it display a stable reading of zero.

Press start button and immediately press stop button once the weight reaches 50 2. Collect the 50 kg output and weigh using the external calibrated weighing scale. If the output weighs 49.950 , it means the 50-gram difference is a negative error.

If you want to know the daily production summary, go to DAY PROD REPORT summary screen.
