TROUBLESHOOTING
PROBLEM CAUSE
◾
Low battery pack capacity.
◾
Battery pack is overheated or too cold.
Machine fails to start or
stops unexpectedly.

The right handle cable is not connected
with the power head cable properly.
◾
There is too much noise Some parts are loose.

SOLUTION
◾
Charge the battery pack.
◾
Wait for the battery pack to cool down or
warm up, at which point the auger can be
started again.
◾
Connect the cables of the right handle
and the power head following the section
"INSTALLING THE HANDLES" in the power
head PHA7400E operator's manual.
◾
Stop the auger, remove the battery pack,
check and tighten loose parts.
◾
Reinstall the auger bit following the section
"INSTALLING THE ICE AUGER BIT" in this
manual.
◾
Replace with new blades following the
section "REPLACING THE ICE BLADES" in
this manual.
◾
Stop the auger completely, push the
rotation direction/speed selector to desired
rotation and then start the auger again.
◾
Contact EGO service for repair.
