Function
Turn the Bravo
ON and OFF.
®
Press ON/OFF to power the Bravo on or off. While cooking, press ON/OFF to stop the current cooking function.
By default, the Bravo will cook at 350°F for 15 minutes.
Select your desired Menu function or set a custom cooking temperature and time with the START/PAUSE dial, then press START/PAUSE to begin cooking. Press
START/PAUSE again to pause the Bravo, if desired.
The Bravo cooking temperature and timer can be set manually. The default is 350°F for 15 minutes.
Press TEMP and turn the START/PAUSE dial to set your cooking temperature.
Press TIME and turn the START/PAUSE dial to set your cooking time,
then press START/PAUSE to begin cooking.
Note: The temperature and time can be adjusted at any point during the cooking process.
The default is 140°F for 1 hour (01:00) Range is 50°F-200°F, up to 3 hours.
Press WARM then START/PAUSE to begin. Adjust temp and time to desired settings if preferred.
Automatic, press and hold WARM will hear 2 beeps and the warming will begin.
Bravo has heating elements at the top and bottom of the unit. Both will equal 100%. The default is 50/50%.
Press TOP/BTM to adjust the amount of power to the top and bottom heaters.
Select from 12 Menu options, each with its own preset cooking settings. Adjustments can be made to the temperature and time.
Press MENU. Turn the START/PAUSE Dial to make your selection, then press START/PAUSE to begin cooking.
Bravo has 3 fan speed options. The default fan speed is 3.
Press FAN to cycle through the different fan speeds. When fan speed 0 is selected, the fan will be off.
Mute
Press and hold START/PAUSE for 1 second until 2 beeps are heard, to turn off the beep sound. Repeat to unmute.
