Function
Turn the Bravo
ON and OFF.

Press ON/OFF to power the Bravo on. Press again to turn off, this will cancel the cooking function.
By default, the Bravo will cook at 425°F for 4 minutes.
Select a Menu function. Adjust the cooking temperature and time using the START/PAUSE dial, if needed. Press START/PAUSE to begin cooking.
Press START/PAUSE again to pause cooking.
The Bravo's cooking temperature can be adjusted before and during cooking. The default is 425°F.
Press TEMP and turn the START/PAUSE dial to set your cooking temperature in 5° increments.
The Bravo's cooking time can be adjusted before and during cooking. The default is 4 min.
Press TIME and turn the START/PAUSE dial to set your cooking time in 1 minute increments.
Press PREHEAT; the display will show PRE, along with the cooking temperature, time, and menu selection. When the temperature is
reached, the unit will beep twice and display RDY. The unit will then count down 10 seconds, and beep once to begin cooking.
PREHEAT
Auto Preheat: Press and hold PREHEAT for 2 seconds, the unit will beeps twice. Repeat to disable.
The TOP and BOTTOM both will equal 100%. The default is 50/50%.
Press TOP/BTM and turn the START/PAUSE dial to adjust the amount of power for top and bottom heat.
Select from 10 Menu options, each with its own preset cooking settings. Adjustments can be made to the temperature and time.
Press MENU. Turn the START/PAUSE dial to make your selection, then press START/PAUSE to begin cooking.
Bravo has 3 fan speed options. The default fan speed is 3.
Press FAN to select the desired fan speed. When fan speed 0 is selected, the fan will be off.
MUTE
Press and hold MENU button for 4 seconds and the unit will beep twice. Repeat to unmute.
