On vehicles equipped with seat side airbags
1. Do not let water get on the seat back. If rain or spray wets the backrest, it may
hinder the normal operation of the sideairbag system.
2. Do not cover or replace the seat back cover yourself. Inappropriate seat back cover
replacements or coverings can hinder the deployment of the seat side airbag during
a crash.

Side curtain airbags (if equipped)

■ If the left side curtain airbag and right
side curtain airbag are equipped on
the vehicle you selected(as shown in
the figure,this airbag is installed at
the junction of the side wall of the car
body and the roof, the A pillar, B pillar
and C pillar are marked with "Air
curtain AIRBAG"). If a moderate to
severe impact is encountered while
driving, and the side curtain airbag
trigger condition is reached, the side
curtain airbag will be deployed to help
protect the head of the passenger on
the impacted side to reduce the
degree of injury.
■ In case of a side impact, generally only the airbag on the collision side will deploy.
■ The passengers must properly fasten their seat belts, and maintain the upright
sitting attitude and be against the backrest to obtain the optimum protection from
the side curtain airbags.

Airbag trigging conditions
■ The airbag triggering conditions are as follows: when a car crashes, the decisive
factor for triggering the airbag is related to the energy level, accident type, collision
angle, obstacles and vehicle speed when the car crashes; in a special collision, the
airbag system may be triggered.
