    ● In case any seat belt is damaged or abnormal, contact a BYD authorized service store for confirmation and handling immediately; do not use the appropriate seat before confirmation.

    1-1 Seat belt PSB (if equipped): Where the PSB triggering conditions are met in a serious frontal collision, part of the seat belt will be retracted and locked by the equipment to provide more protection for passengers. The PSB limits the restraint of the seat belt against the passengers to avoid injury caused by excessive restraint.
  • Page 20 1-1 Seat belt Insert the latch into the buckle until you hear a “click”, pull the latch in the opposite direction to confirm it has been locked successfully. Take care not to twist the strap. Adjust the seat belt height adjuster (front) to a proper position for best comfort and protection.
  • Page 21 Do not remove, disassemble or modify the seat belt without permission. ● It is recommended to check the seat belt at a BYD authorized service store in any case of an accident. If the PSB is activated, be sure to replace the seat belt.
