If the BYD Song PLUS DM-i 2022 won't turn on after a power outage and the 12V battery lacks power, you may need to check if the battery is charged. If the charging port cap cannot be opened due to actuator failure or low 12V battery power, use the manual emergency unlocking method:

    1-1 Seat Belt 19 Pre-tensioner function of seat belt* When the vehicle suffers a severe frontal collision and the activating conditions of the pre-tensioner are met, the pre-tensioner quickly retracts some of the seat belt and locks it to further protect the driver and passengers. The pre-tensioner limits the restraint force the seat belt places onto the passenger's body within a certain range, so as to avoid any injury to the passenger caused by excessive restraint force.
