Features
• Maximum brightness adjustment to fine tune the dimmer range as well as eliminate
unwanted performance at the high range.
• Minimum brightness adjustment to fine tune the dimmer range as well as eliminate
unwanted performance in the low range.
• Single pole and 3-way/4-way.
• Separate on/off switch allows you to set and keep preferred dimming level.
• Also available as 6674 (no neutral required) in white, ivory, light almond, black, or brown.

Installation

Identify your wires (most common shown).
NOTE: A Neutral wire is required for operation. If the wiring in the wallbox does not
resemble this configuration, consult an electrician.

CAUTIONS:
• Use with compatible dimmable LED bulbs, incandescent or 120V halogen fixtures only. For
compatible LED bulbs/fixtures scan QR code. For more information visit leviton.com/LED
• When multiple bulbs/fixtures are used with one dimmer DO NOT mix bulb types. All bulbs
shall be either LED or incandescent. Using the same make/model of each bulb will enhance
performance.
• Use only one (1) dimmer in a 3 or 4-way circuit. The switches will turn the light on at the
brightness level selected at the dimmer.
• To avoid damage to the product, DO NOT use disinfecting products, including foggers, sprays
or other types of atomized cleaning agents. DO NOT spray liquid onto the product. To clean
use a damp cloth with mild soap.
• No user serviceable components. DO NOT attempt to service or repair.
• Use this device WITH COPPER OR COPPER-CLAD WIRE ONLY.
