BETJENING Sæt enheden i en stikkontakt, og tryk på tænd/sluk-knappen. Varmerøret til krølning varmes derefter hurtigt op. Forlad ikke produktet uden opsyn, mens det er tændt.

    DANSK tykt hår, og også ved lave temperaturer. Tryk på knappen igen for at bekræfte tiden eller vent et par sekunder indtil ursymbolet på displayet er fast. Tryk på tidsknappen og et ursymbol vises på LCD displayet. Drej håndtaget for at justere temperaturen, et termometersymbol vises på LCD-displayet. Tryk på drejeknappen til højre, når du krøller højre side af dit hår og omvendt med venstre. Sørg for, at dit hår er rent og helt tørt, før du bruger krøllejernet. Børst og red også dit hår, inden du bruger krøllejernet. For at bruge enheden skal du tage en 1-3 cm bred hårlok og sætte den i rillen, og bevæg den roterende spids til din hovedretning ved brug af drejeknapperne.

    ENGELSK SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS Read these instructions thoroughly before using the appliance. Keep this instruction manual for future reference or new users. Make sure that the mains voltage matches the voltage stated on the rating label of the appliance and that the wall outlet is grounded. This product is for household only. Do not use for commercial or industrial purposes. Check the power cord regularly for visible damage. If the cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the official Technical Support Service of Cecotec in order to avoid any type of danger. Do not immerse the cord, plug, or any non-removable part of the appliance in water or any other liquid, nor expose the elec- trical connections to water. Make sure your hands are dry be- fore handling the plug or switching on the appliance. Do not use the device if its cord or any other part is damaged. In this case, contact the official Technical Support Service of Cecotec. Keep children away from the packaging materials. Risk of suf- focation. The appliance must be checked frequently for signs of wear or damage. If such signs are present, of if the appliance has been used improperly, contact the official Technical Support Service of Cecotec. Do not try to repair the device by yourself. Switch off the device immediately in the event of defects or malfunctions.
  • Page 11 ENGELSK Do not use an extension cord with this appliance. The device may reach high temperatures during use, avoid contact with eyes and bare skin. Do not use outdoors or operated near aerosols. Do not cover the appliance with any object during use and do not expose the power cord to the heating part of the appliance. Do not place the appliance directly on any non-heatproof sur- faces while plugged in or operating. Do not try to open, disassemble or repair the product. There are no serviceable parts inside the device. Do not cover the heating plates to avoid damaging them. The appliance’s barrel may get stains if it is used on dyed hairs.

    Take the product out of the box. Remove all packaging materials. Keep the original box. Make sure all the components are included and in good conditions, otherwise, contact immediately the official Technical Support Service of Cecotec. 3. OPERATION Plug the device into an AC socket and press the power button. The curling heater tube will then heat up quickly. Do not leave the product unsupervised while it is switched on.

    ENGELSK at very high temperatures, and 12 seconds for thick and hard to mould hairs, and also low temperatures. Press the button again to confirm the time or wait a few seconds until the clock symbol on the display is fixed. Press the time button and a clock symbol will appear on the LCD display. Rotate the knob to adjust the temperature, a thermometer symbol will appear on the LCD display. Press the rotation button to the right when curlying the right side of your hair, and viceversa. Make sure your hair is clean and totally dry before using the device. Brush and comb your hair before using the curling iron. To use the device, take a 1-3 cm width lock of hair and put it into the groove moving the rotating tip to your head direction. After a beep, the rotating tip will stop and the curling time countdown will begin. Do not pull out your lock of hair until you hear three beeps. This signal indicates that the selected time has been reached. Repeat this process with all the hair locks you want to curly. Press the power button cover for some seconds to power it off.

    The warranty will not cover the following situations: The product has been used for purposes other than those intended for it, misused, beaten, exposed to moisture, immersed in liquid or corrosive substances, as well as any other fault attributable to the customer. The product has been disassembled, modified, or repaired by persons, not authorised by the official Technical Support Service of Cecotec. Faults deriving from the normal wear and tear of its parts, due to use. The warranty service covers every manufacturing defects of your appliance for 2 years, based on current legislation, except consumable parts.
