Assembly: Electrical installation and electrical connection (Figure 8)

The control can be carried out using various controls offered by LUNOS. The correspon
ding installation instructions apply.
Select the position of the switch. Slit the cable ducts. If the power supply is located under
the switch, lay the cable to the switch e.g. 3x 1.5mm², otherwise a smaller cross-section
is sufficient e.g. J-Y(ST)Y 4 x 2 x 0.8) and the cables to the devices
(e.g. J-Y(ST)Y 4 x 2 x 0.8). ((T) device 1; (U) other devices, (V) control; (W) switch)

Figure 9: Drill the fastening bores for the inside room screen using the drilling template and
insert the dowels enclosed.
Note: Observe the label ‚TOP', any deviating installation position is not
admissibe for flow-related reasons! ((X) Drilling template; (Y) Device connection cable)
Figure 10: Remove the plaster protection covers. Shorten the EPP adapter to the length of the
mounting pipe. For pipe lengths over 400 mm, additional adapter pieces can be moun
ted.
Insert the ventilation unit (inner housing lower section, heat exchanger unit and EPP
adapter) into the mounting pipe. ((Y) device connection cable)
Insert the connection cable (Y) through one of the grommets (Z) of the inner housing l
lower section into the area for the electrical connection. Fasten the inner housing lower
section to the wall using the screws provided.

x 0.8 cable. Connect the outputs S1 and S2 of the control unit to the inputs S1 and S2
on the power connection board of the e
the 12V supply lines. If only a 4-core cable 2x2x0.8 has been laid, a bridge can be
placed between the two + inputs. The same applies to the ground; these inputs can also
be bridged.
Figure 11a: For devices with the RF suffix, the control unit and power supply unit are already in
tegrated in the panel. For these devices, only the power supply needs to be established
by connecting phase L (brown) and neutral conductor N (blue) of the cable inserted into t
he panel (NYM 3x1.5mm²) to the respective cables of the power supply unit. Use lamp
terminals or installation terminals for this.
Coupling process with control (e
Figure 12: Master (e.g. Smart Comfort 5/SC-RF) has to be installed and configured according to the
relevant instructions. Set master's coding switch to program 9, A or B.
Master Hold down the master's internal button for 5 seconds. The red LED/event LED
starts to flash.

Restore factory settings: press the internal button for 30s. The LED confirms by flashing 5 times.

in automatic mode according to the values of the integrated
humidity and temperature sensor, the coding switch in the e
must be set to program 9, A or B. Depending on the desired
volume flow (see also the sticker on the electronics cover).
Humidity control can be activated using DIP switch 3.
