Organizing your favorites
After you've used the Web for awhile,
you may find that you have several
favorites. You can create folders to
organize your favorites.
You can create folders with any theme or subject you
choose. For example, you can create a folder devoted
to your favorite online stores so you can quickly do
comparison shopping.

To create a favorites folder

Go to Favorites by pressing the Favs key on the
keyboard or by choosing Favorites on the home page.

Choose Organize.

Choose Add a folder.

Type a name for the folder, and then choose Add.
The new folder is added and the main Favorites page
appears. Now that you have a new folder, you can
move your favorites to it.
To move your favorites
1
On the Favorites page, choose Organize.

On the Organize page, choose Move favorites.
A page showing your favorites appears.

Check the boxes next to the favorites that you
want to move.

Choose Choose a Folder.

Choose the folder you want to move the favorites to.

Choose Continue.
Your favorites are moved.
Creating shortcuts to your favorites
If you create a shortcut to a Web
page, you can get there by pressing
just one key on your keyboard.
Setting up a favorites shortcut is
similar to assigning a favorite radio
station to one of the buttons on
your car radio.
To create a shortcut to a Web site
1
Go to the Web site you want.

Press one of the Fav # keys on the keyboard.
The Set Shortcut page appears.

Choose Set Shortcut.
You see a confirmation that you've successfully
set up the shortcut. Shortcuts that aren't already in
your favorites list are automatically added to it.
To change a shortcut

Press and hold down the Fav # key that you
want to change. A notice appears asking you
if you want to change it.

Choose Change Shortcut.
