Set protection to disable picture deletion. Prevents deletion of important pictures.
Set-up: Press 'MENU/SET' → '
Select 'SINGLE' or 'MULTI'

May not be effective when using other devices.
Formatting will cause even protected files to be deleted.
Add audio to previously taken pictures.

Select image and start recording
Stop recording
Cannot be used with motion pictures or protected pictures.
May not be compatible with pictures taken on other devices.
PROTECT
PLAYBACK menu' → Select 'PROTECT'
Select 'CANCEL' in step
Press 'MENU/SET'.
AUDIO DUB.
PLAYBACK menu' → Select 'AUDIO DUB.'
For files already containing audio,
select whether or not to overwrite
existing audio with ▲▼, and press
'MENU/SET'.
• To cancel → Press
(Recording will automatically end after 10 seconds.)
• After confirmation, press
screen.
MULTI

and select 'YES'.
