10.Troubleshooting

Switched between OUT1 and
OUT2 of pilot valve.
Incorrect connection of
input current + and -.
Check the connection.
(Refer to 5. Electrical wiring)
The cam front/back is used
incorrectly.
Check the cam attaching.
(Refer to 3-2-3 Cam attaching
procedrue)
1.The positioner does not operate
Open the cover and lightly hit the nozzle or
flapper section to activate.
The Auto/Manual changeover
switch is loosened.
Check the Auto/Manual
changeover switch.
(Refer to 7-3 Manual switching).
2.The actuator is turned ON/OFF
Not switched between OUT1
and OUT2 of pilot valve.
The restrictor or nozzle is
clogged.
Check and clean the restrictor
and nozzle.
(Refer to 8.Maintenance and
check).
Incorrect piping for OUT1 and
OUT2.
Review the pipe connection.
